1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The Platform is strictly available to individuals who are aged 21 years or older at the time of registration. qq44 applies a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and original deposits may be returned at qq44's sole discretion following investigation.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is designed for players located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction do so in violation of these Terms and accept full personal legal responsibility for any consequences that may arise. qq44 does not accept registrations from players resident in the United States, United Kingdom, France, Netherlands, or any other jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To create an Account, You must provide a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh, a unique username, a secure password, and accurate personal details including your full legal name and date of birth. You must not impersonate any other person or use a false identity during registration. qq44 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each individual person may hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using shared devices or payment methods — constitutes a breach of these Terms. All accounts associated with a duplicate-account violation will be suspended, and any balances, winnings, or bonuses held across those accounts will be forfeited without recourse.

4. Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. qq44 will never request your password through any channel. Any suspected unauthorised access to your Account must be reported immediately to [email protected].

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

qq44 may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days of the request may result in Account suspension.

4.3 Account Closure

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting qq44 support. Upon closure, any real-money balance (net of applicable bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered MFS account within 5 business days. qq44 may also close Accounts at its discretion where a breach of these Terms is established.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

The Platform accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time following confirmation from the payment provider. qq44 does not charge deposit fees; however, your MFS provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests must be directed to the same MFS account used for the most recent qualifying deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified accounts in good standing, though qq44 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments at its operational discretion. Standard withdrawal processing time is 15–30 minutes following KYC approval. During peak periods or following manual review triggers, processing may take up to 24 hours.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will be declined or placed on hold where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) the Account has an active pending bonus with incomplete wagering requirements attached to the requested balance; (c) qq44 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms; or (d) the Account is subject to a self-exclusion or cooling-off period.

5.4 Currency

All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). qq44 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies directly through the Platform.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

qq44 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to an Account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated clearly for each promotion. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute between 10% and 20%, and certain games may be excluded from wagering contribution entirely.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

qq44 monitors all accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or arbitrage bets solely to clear wagering requirements, and withdrawing before completing stated requirements. Where bonus abuse is detected, qq44 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any associated winnings, and to close the Account without notice.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms, bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire 30 days from the date of credit. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the Account balance without recourse.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on qq44's sportsbook are final once confirmed. It is the Player's responsibility to verify bet selections, stake amounts, and odds before confirming a wager. qq44 is not liable for errors made by a Player at the point of bet placement.

7.2 Odds & Market Suspension

qq44 reserves the right to suspend markets, adjust odds, or void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: technical errors in odds feed, suspicious betting patterns, match abandonment, force majeure events, or where the integrity of a sporting event is called into question. Voided bets are returned to the Player's balance at the original stake amount.

7.3 Palpable Errors

Where odds are published due to a manifest error ("palpable error"), qq44 reserves the right to void any bets placed at those incorrect odds, regardless of whether the event has settled. qq44 will notify affected players and return stakes promptly.

7.4 Maximum Winnings

qq44 applies maximum payout limits per event and per account per day. Current limits are published in the sportsbook rules section of the Platform and may be updated periodically. Players with high-volume wagering patterns may be subject to reduced limits at qq44's discretion.

8. Casino & Slots Rules

• Engaging in systematic arbitrage betting designed to guarantee profit irrespective of outcome.
